Description

This session will cover the use of ergonomic principles to recognize, evaluate, and control workplace conditions that cause or contribute to work-related musculoskeletal disorders. We’ll look at general industry case studies that demonstrate common methods used in the assessment and analysis of ergonomic stressors, as well as the design of workplace equipment and controls to mitigate the risk of injury. We’ll also review the components of a comprehensive ergonomics/MSD prevention program.
