Profile

Mr. Kapust is the Deputy Director of OSHA’s Directorate of Enforcement Programs. With 30 years of experience at OSHA, he has held many key positions in the agency’s field and national offices. He currently leads a staff of sixty who provide guidance on enforcing and interpreting compliance with OSHA standards. He earned a BS from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Safety Professional.
