Creating a Safe Driver Through Technology

Auto incidents continue to take a toll in the workplace. Transportation incidents account for 40% of all work-related fatalities. According to the National Safety Council, the lifetime odds of dying in a motor vehicle crash are 1 in 106. As commercial organizations look for new ways to improve on-road safety and reduce their exposure, telematics and cameras have come to the forefront of the conversation. Although the careful and thoughtful use of telematics data can improve an organization’s risk profile, it’s important to remember that it also can become a liability if not acted upon or implemented thoughtfully. In this session, we’ll discuss the issue.
