PSI is a behavioral-based technology company that focuses on predicting the types of behaviors individuals will use in any given situation. In the realm of safety, our tests predict which individuals are most likely to be involved in a safety incident. Additionally, we zero in on the likelihood it will be a minor incident, or a serious incident. Using this data we help companies both select and develop individuals based on their personal safety styles, or SafetyDNA, thereby reducing the likelihood of individuals injuring themselves. We believe this should be the first step in any behavioral based safety initiative.
