Emily Whitcomb joined the National Safety Council in 2014 as a Research Associate. In 2016, Emily joined the Advocacy Department to launch the fatigue initiative. In 2019, Emily became Director of the Work to Zero Initiative, which is focused on identifying promising technologies for eliminating workplace fatalities. Emily has a Masters of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
