Amy Stewart is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) by exam, with a passion for leading safety and risk management initiatives for organizations large and small. With an MS in Safety from the University of Central Missouri, and an undergraduate BA degree in Education/English from the State University College of Oswego, New York, she has a wealth of experience in designing, implementing, and conducting safety programs. Ms. Stewart specializes in developing policies, procedures and practices for multi-level transportation organizations and training to ensure the success of those practices. She delivers training in pipeline, school and transportation safety, as well as loss control, prevention and best practices.
Ms. Stewart is published with the American Society of Safety Professionals, the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and the National Safety Council. For more than three decades, Amy has authored numerous articles, bulletins, safety action plans and resource materials. Amy’s interests include horsemanship, music, and community action on local, state, national and global levels.
