The SIERA.AIS3 Proximity Warning & Impact Monitoring is a machine vision solution that constantly monitors for any obstructions around the lift truck every 30 ms. When an object or person comes within the defined distance, say 8”, 15” or 99”, an audible and visual alarm will notify the operator.

The S3 does NOT need any RFID Tags or special equipment for pedestrian detection to work. The S3 uses deep learning to differentiate pedestrians from obstacles. Simply bolt-on S3 to your lift-truck and watch your accident rates go down.

S3 with Slow to a Safe Stop constantly monitors around the lift truck in all 4 directions every 60ms. If a pedestrian or object gets too close and the driver is unaware, the S3 with Slow to a Safe Stop will automatically override the driver, slow down the vehicle and enable safe stopping.

S3 Safety System solutions to prevent pedestrian injuries, and reduce facility and product damage. If a pedestrian or object comes within its path, the lift truck will automatically sound an audio alarm and give visual cues to the operator. If the operator still does not react to the alarm, the S3 will override the driver, slow down and come to a complete stop.

The SIERA.AI S2 Digital Inspection Checklist &Impact Monitoring comes with a web-based dashboard and software tools where you have the control to create your own checklists and change them when you want. As a result, you can track pre-shift inspections, quarterly inspections and all other critical information that work to keep your forklift fleet operational with minimal to no downtime. If a forklift inspection fails, S2 will alert you in real-time so action can be taken to get the lift truck back to work.

S2 records impacts in real-time, therefore you gain greater insights on forklift safety by monitoring and tracking shocks that are greater than your specified limits. All data is collected and recorded in the web-based Dashboard for real-time reporting with actionable data. Optionally, get pictures of every impact with S2’s built-in vision sensors.
