Jason is an EHS leader at Netflix, Founder and President of Partners For Water, and an Adjunct Professor at Citrus College. Throughout Jason’s 20-year career, he has amassed a wealth of experience in people management and culture coaching. As an EHS leader at Netflix, where the culture of people over process and freedom and responsibility is a core value, Jason is on the cutting edge of safety culture evolution and innovation. Jason holds undergraduate degrees in Fire Science Administration and Occupational Safety and Health, graduate degrees in Occupational Safety and Health and Emergency Services Administrations, and expects completion of the Doctor of Policy, Planning, and Development at USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy in 2022.
