Contractor Safety Management: Challenges and Best Practices

Safety leaders across a broad range of industries report that contractor safety management is often more challenging than employee safety management. Despite these greater challenges, it’s often contractors who are engaged in higher-risk activities, and thus have an increased exposure potential for serious injuries and fatalities.
