Stop Everyday Killers
NSC Prescribed to Death Memorial
The National Safety Council launched Prescribed to Death - a multifaceted exhibit built to draw Americans' attention to the dangers surrounding the growing opioid epidemic. The centerpiece of the exhibit is a wall of 22,000 engraved white pills - each representing the face of someone lost to a prescription opioid overdose in 2015. This memorial will be available for viewing at the 2018 NSC Congress & Expo. This exhibit is part of a national public education campaign from the Council called Stop Everyday Killers. Visit the memorial or stopeverydaykillers.org for more information.
