Registration is complimentary for professional journalists who attend the event to provide editorial coverage. Media credentials allow access to the Opening and Leadership Keynotes, Keynotes, Welcome Reception, Technical Sessions and Expo floor for three days.

Media must be employed by a publication with a general circulation or by a recognized network, cable, online or independent news organization. Media will be required to submit credential information (published articles or company business card) to support qualifications, along with a completed registration form. Please follow the process below to register for media credentials. The NSC Communications Department will contact you upon receipt.

Registration Process

Advance Registration

The deadline for advance media registration for the 2012 NSC Congress & Expo is October 5, 2012. Media registering in advance will receive an email confirmation. Media badges will not be mailed to you. Badges will be in the NSC Newsroom beginning at noon on Sunday, October 21.

Email your completed registration form, including credential information, to media@nsc.org.

Onsite Registration

After October 5, media can register onsite in the NSC Newsroom, which will open at noon on Sunday, October 21. Please review the media qualifications and bring all documentation with you.

Hotel Reservations

Media attending the 2012 NSC Congress & Expo should make hotel reservations with the Council's official housing company, OnPeak.

For more information, please visit the Hotel & Travel section of congress.nsc.org. You do not need to be registered for the 2012 NSC Congress & Expo to make hotel reservations.
