During this keynote, the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health, the Director of the National Institute for Safety and Health and the Director of the Washington State Division of Occupational Safety and Health will provide updates on activities taking place at their respective agencies. The group will also participate in a panel discussion on the value of safety management systems and the efforts that their agencies are taking to encourage employers to implement such systems. The keynote will conclude with questions from the audience.
