Registration Policies


Cancellation/Refund Policy


Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, September 30, 2011 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations received after Friday, September 30th, 2011 and "no shows" are non-refundable.

 

No refunds will be issued for Expo Only registrations, Non-Safety Professional registrations or donations to the National Safety Council Friends of Safety campaign.

 

All cancellation requests should be sent to the National Safety Council, ATTN: Congress Refunds, via fax (630) 285-0798 or e-mail congressrefunds@nsc.org.

 

If your badge has already been mailed, it must be mailed back to the National Safety Council in order to process your refund (only applies if refund conditions, as stated above, are met).

Publicity Release


By registering for the 2011 NSC Congress & Expo, you accept that photographs taken of you by the National Safety Council or its service providers may be used for promotional materials, including but not limited to use in annual reports, magazines, future conference programs or other promotional material, and on the internet by NSC and its service providers. NSC reserves the right to publish the names of conference participants in production materials and on the internet by NSC and its service providers.
