There are several different ways to get to and around Orlando. For your convenience, we have compiled the following list that includes a variety of available ground transportation methods:
From the Airport
Once at the Orlando International Airport, we suggest the following methods of ground transportation to get to the official hotels of the NSC 2009 Congress & Expo:
Mears Transportation offers the MOST COST-EFFECTIVE shuttle transportation from the Orlando International Airport to the official hotels of the NSC 2009 Congress & Expo.
Approximate Round Trip Fare:
To/from the Orlando International Airport to/from the International Drive Hotels: $26.00* per person.
*NOTE: This rate is reflective of the NSC discount of $3.00 off the standard rate of $29.00 per person.
Making your reservation is EASY:
1) Visit www.mearstransportation.com.
2) Click on "Shuttles" in the "Make a Reservation" box located in the upper left-hand side of your screen.
3) Enter priority code 352538208 to receive the NSC discount.
4) DON'T FORGET you must also download the NSC discount coupon to present at the Mears Motor
Shuttle Counter.
Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. Metered rates may vary from the approximate rates quoted below.
Approximate One Way Fare:
To/from the Orlando International Airport to/from the International Drive Hotels: $33.00 - $39.00 per person.

In & Around Orlando
Once in Orlando, we suggest the following methods of transportation to get around the city:
FREE shuttle service will be available during Expo days (October 26 - 28, 2009). The shuttle will run to/from designated Congress & Expo hotels to/from the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. Please click here to view the schedule.
Taking an I-RIDE Trolley is one of the most convenient and LEAST EXPENSIVE ways to explore the International Drive Resort Area. Currently, the I-RIDE Trolley has pick-up and drop-off points at Hall C in the West Concourse of the West Building of the Convention Center.

The NSC 2009 Congress & Expo will take place in the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. To access the nearest parking lot, follow the directionals provided around the Convention Center. All parking at the Orange County Convention Center (including handicap-accessible parking) is available on a first come, first served basis.
