Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, September 25, 2009 will be refunded less a $50.00 service fee per registrant. Cancellations received after Friday, September 25, 2009 and "no shows" are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for Expo Only registrations, Spouse/Guest registrations or donations made to the National Safety Council Friends of Safety Campaign.
All cancellation requests should be sent by either fax (630.285.0798) or email (congressrefunds@nsc.org) to: The National Safety Council, ATTN: Congress Refunds.
If your badge has already been mailed, it must be mailed back to the National Safety Council in order to process your refund (only applies if refund is per above terms).

Pricing Adjustments
In order to register as a member you must supply a valid member ID at the time of registration. To determine your member status with the National Safety Council, please contact NSC Customer Relations at 800.621.7619 or customerservice@nsc.org.
Individuals who register as a non-member, and later discover they or their organization is a member of the National Safety Council, may request a price adjustment within 30 days of initial registration. Requests will only be approved if written request is received at congressrefunds@nsc.org. A valid member ID must be included in the written request and will be verified before the requested adjustment is approved.
Publicity Release
By registering for the NSC 2009 Congress & Expo, you accept that photographs taken of you by the National Safety Council or its service providers may be used for promotional materials, including but not limited to use in annual reports, magazines, future conference programs or other promotional material, and on the internet by NSC and its service providers. NSC reserves the right to publish the names of conference participants in production materials and on the internet by NSC and its service providers.
Full Congress Non-Member Introductory Membership
Non-members who register for the Full Congress & Expo can take advantage of a 6 month trial membership to the National Safety Council. This offer is not applicable to current members.
