The National Safety Council welcomes members of the media to the 2023 NSC Safety Congress & Expo in New Orleans!
Qualifications and Guidelines
Registration is complimentary for professional journalists who attend the event to provide editorial coverage. Media credentials allow access to the Opening Session, Keynotes, Technical Sessions and the Expo floor for three days.
Media must be employed by a publication with a general circulation or by a recognized network, cable, online or independent news organization. Media are required to submit credential information (published articles or company business card) to support qualifications, along with a completed registration form. Please follow the process below to register for media credentials. The NSC Communications Department will contact you upon receipt.
Registration Process
Registration Deadline: October 13
Registering is easy!
- Complete the registration form
- Email with credentials to media@nsc.org
Badges will not be mailed but available for pick up at registration prior to media event in the Newsroom beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 22.
Hotel Reservations
Media attending the 2023 NSC Safety Congress & Expo should make hotel reservations with the Council's official housing company, OnPeak. For more information, please visit the Travel section of this website. You do not need to be registered for the 2023 NSC Safety Congress & Expo to make hotel reservations.
